My son has separation anxiety when I leave him at school in the morning.
It's only been the last fortnight he has just started to get upset. It's so distressing - of course I hide that I am upset.
I don't fuss and I make a quick exit - kiss on the cheek and I tell him I will see him in the afternoon.
He says that he isn't being bullied. He just likes being near me. He is in kindergarten.
Have any of you had children that are super clingy? I need some suggestions.
